California Privacy Notice

Effective: September 3, 2026  ·  Last updated: September 3, 2026

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and explains rights and disclosures for California residents under the CCPA, as amended.

01

Scope

This California Privacy Notice applies to personal information covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). It does not apply to information exempt from the CCPA. AndroMobi may act as a business for its own website and business relationships or as a service provider for a client campaign. When we act only as a service provider, the relevant client business is responsible for responding to consumer requests.

02

Categories of personal information

Depending on the interaction or campaign, AndroMobi may have collected the following categories during the preceding 12 months:

We do not seek government identifiers, precise geolocation, financial account credentials, health data or other sensitive personal information through the general website enquiry form.

03

Sources and business purposes

We collect information directly from individuals and business representatives; automatically from websites, apps and campaign events; and from advertisers, publishers, agencies, app owners, measurement providers, fraud-prevention providers and other authorized partners.

We use it to provide services, respond to enquiries, operate accounts, measure campaign outcomes, prevent fraud, maintain security, improve services, comply with law and manage contractual or legal claims.

04

Disclosure, sale and sharing

We may disclose the categories above to advertisers, publishers, agencies, app owners, analytics and attribution providers, anti-fraud and security vendors, hosting and communications providers, professional advisers and authorities where legally required.

We do not knowingly sell business-enquiry contact details for money. Some disclosures using advertising, attribution or cross-context behavioral technologies may be treated as “sale” or “sharing” under California law. Where applicable, users may opt out through our Do Not Sell or Share page, Cookie Settings or a recognized Global Privacy Control signal.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right-to-limit link unless a future practice is disclosed and the required choice is provided.

05

Your California rights

Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; request deletion or correction; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service and pricing when exercising privacy rights.

Where available, an authorized agent may make a request on your behalf. We may request evidence of authority and may verify your identity directly for access, correction or deletion requests.

06

How to submit a request

Email hello@andromobi.com with the subject “California Privacy Request.” Describe the right you wish to exercise and the relationship through which AndroMobi may have received your information. We will use information supplied for verification only to process the request.

You may opt out of advertising-related sale or sharing without account verification through the Do Not Sell or Share page.

07

Global Privacy Control

When a supported browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site treats it as an opt-out of advertising-related sale or sharing for that browser and keeps the Marketing category disabled. Because the signal is browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable it separately on other browsers or devices.

08

Changes and contact

We will update this notice when our data practices or legal obligations materially change. For questions, email hello@andromobi.com. This notice should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
