Scope and our role

This Privacy Policy applies to andromobi.com, communications with AndroMobi and personal information handled in connection with our advertising, affiliate marketing, app-growth, lead-generation and development services.

Depending on the engagement, AndroMobi may act as a business or controller that determines why and how personal information is processed, or as a service provider or processor acting on documented instructions from a client. A client’s privacy notice may also apply when we process information for that client.

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us:

• Contact and business information: name, work email, phone number, company, role and the contents of your enquiry.
• Account and partner information: login identifiers, publisher or advertiser details, billing contacts and campaign preferences.
• Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, timestamps, referring pages and interactions with our site.
• Campaign and attribution data: advertising identifiers where permitted, click and conversion timestamps, campaign IDs, postback events, app or site events, fraud signals and aggregated performance metrics.
• Information from partners: data supplied by advertisers, publishers, agencies, app owners, measurement providers, anti-fraud providers and other authorized business partners.

We ask partners not to send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary, lawful and expressly agreed in writing.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries; provide, operate and support services; manage commercial relationships; configure and measure campaigns; detect invalid or fraudulent activity; improve user experience; maintain security; comply with law; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where applicable, our legal bases include performance of a contract, consent, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, measuring performance and preventing fraud. We balance those interests against the rights and expectations of affected individuals.

Advertising, affiliate marketing and measurement

AndroMobi supports outcome-based advertising models such as CPI, CPA, CPS, CPL, CPE, CPR, PPC and pay per call. Campaigns may use tracking links, pixels, SDK signals, server-to-server postbacks or mobile measurement platforms to connect an ad interaction with an install, lead, sale or other event.

We and our partners use quality and fraud-prevention signals to identify suspicious traffic, duplicate events, click anomalies, invalid devices and other indicators. Automated signals support review and optimization; material partner decisions should include appropriate human oversight.

Advertisers and publishers are responsible for providing any legally required notices, obtaining valid consent, honoring applicable platform rules and using clear disclosures where content includes endorsements, sponsorships or commission-bearing links.

How we disclose information

We may disclose relevant information to:

• advertisers, publishers, agencies and app owners participating in a campaign;
• hosting, analytics, attribution, communications, security and anti-fraud service providers;
• professional advisers, auditors and potential transaction counterparties subject to appropriate safeguards; and
• government authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety and security.

We do not knowingly sell the contact details submitted through our business-enquiry form for money. Some advertising-related disclosures may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Where those laws apply, we provide the required choices and honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals.

Information may be processed in countries other than where it was collected. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.

Cookies and your choices

Strictly necessary cookies and local storage help the site function, remember privacy choices and protect security. With your consent where required, analytics technologies may help us understand site performance. Advertising or measurement technologies are used only when supported by an appropriate legal basis and required notice or consent.

You can reject non-essential analytics in our preference notice and change browser settings to delete or block stored technologies. The live site should not place non-essential cookies before a valid choice is recorded where consent is required.

Where applicable, AndroMobi honors Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out request for sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not yet interpreted consistently across the industry; we respond to legally recognized preference signals as required.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including contractual, accounting, dispute-resolution, security and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type, campaign requirements and applicable law.

We use organizational, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, monitoring and vendor review. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or portability of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and appeal a denied request. You will not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable right.

Send a request to hello@andromobi.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Children

AndroMobi’s business services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information through this website from children under 13, or knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services, vendors or legal obligations change. The “last updated” date identifies the latest revision. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected information, we will provide additional notice where required.
